Antique ironstone syrup pitcher with staining and crazing throughout! Handle has had 4 breaks in it which have been repaired; no chips or cracks anywhere else. Metal hinged lid opens/closes without any issues. Stamped “IRON STONE CHINA KNOWLES, TAYLOR AND KNOWLES”.
History:
Knowles, Taylor & Knowles (KT&K) was a pottery company in East Liverpool, Ohio from 1854 to 1931. The original owners were: Issac Knowles, John Taylor, (Issac's son-in-law) and Homer Knowles (Issac's son).
